I have a 2001 1.8t w/ sport, I know for a fact my rims are all bent so my ride is shitty as-is, however lately I've felt a little bit of sway in my ride, what is causing this? I don't know anything about suspension but I know that a lot of problems are caused by the control arms... what should I do?

Also, I just hit the 80k mile mark, I'm planning on doing the timing belt soon, I need new pads and rotors, oil change, and I need to change my transmission oil (is that the propper term for a manual car's tranny fluid?) as my shifts are getting clunky, is there any other maintenance that needs to be done or is suggested?

PS- It's got quattro if that helps.
