Default sway bar install

anyone else have problems with takin the bolts off that are connected to the sway bar links?? (the ones that are attatched to the bushings) I'm havin a hell of a time, the nut is rusted pretty bad to the bolt and the bolt's just spinning inside the bushing. Anyone know what I can do to fix? (any good rust disolvers besides wd40?) thanks for any input...

you have to put an alan wrench in the middle to keep it from spining if we are thinking about the same bolt
