i wouldnt want to switch back and i doubt you would ever want too, besides you can actually get better mileage on a chipped car if you keep your foot out of it something i cant seem to do

Haha.
What year/model is your car? If you are still under warranty at the stealership, then yes I would get an ecu with the stock mode on it. That way you can swtich it back to stock when you take it in for servicing and no one will be the wiser. But, if you aren't then whats the point? I never give my keys to a valet or anyone else so its kinda useless.
