im just curious...what the reasoning for a lease was ?

i mean it dosent make sense to me, i mean pay nearly the price for car payments every month, you can only drive the car so much, you cant make any permanent mods that cant be reversed, but any maintence is on the dealer that leased it, and at the end of the lease if you dont buy it off... then you cant even keep the car to sell it and get some of your money back ?

idk im sure you guys have reasons

Leasing has alot of advantages...but doing mods to leased cars is very pointless. Once the lease is up, all the money you put into all those upgrades is gone. Seems kinda pointless to me to lease a car and do mods to it.

Youre talking to someone who hasnt posted on the forum since last year.
If its just a general statement youre trying to make, do it in currently active threads or else its sort of a waste of time and effort. Not trying to be mean to you, so dont PM me saying how offended you are, and that youll only post here when your car breaks down. Dont be one of THOSE noobs [8D]

what exactly is a test pipe? ive hear that its just a straight pipe that replaces the cat. cause if thats all it is then ill just make one myself but are there any sensors that i would need to mount? and how badly would something like that mess up the ecu? my car is still not chipped im working on that but i was wondering if i could just do that temporarily and mabye feel a little more push the engine. i also know that the turbo needs a certain amount of back pressure so is there any recomended size if i make my own test pipe?

i also hear that you can just gut out the inside of the cat and use that like a high flow cat. i kno that would fail emissions in second but i have some good friends so im not worried about that.
