Default maintenance questions

so i've been looking at the forums and many ppl suggest doing a 3000 oil change as opposed to a 10,000 due to sludge problems...anyways i recently bought my a4 from a dealer that got it from an audi reconditiong center. i checked the service book and all the scheduled maintenances have been done every 10k. so the previously owner followed the schedule maintenace, now should i be worried about sludge? when audi does an oil change is it synthetic? im only concerned because i bought the audi with 37,900 on it and it has had the 40,000 mile service...well my dealer told me to bring it in at 41, 100 for an oil change. should i bring it in at 41100 or go till 47,900? im not sure if my dealer also changed the oil before i bought it...

should i just forget the dealer where i got it and do my services at an audi dealership? if so, how much is the estimated price for the whole maintenance for the specified miles say a 50k service.

Thanks,
Nick

Well if they are telling you to bring it in at 41k, bring it in at 41k. Going to 47k would void your warranty.

On your car Audi dealers give 4 year/ 50K mi. service for free.
This includes oil changes.
