Default test pipe:)))

ok so today was the day i decided i was going to devote to putting in the stupid test pipe... ok so i read the audiworld instructions and began... the top bolts were very easy to get off since my cat had broken off...in the instructions it said that the downpipe and cat cannot be taken off together which was complete bs and made me waste 4 hours trying to fit tools and get the impossible bolts off... i took the whole exhaust off ripped my hands apart trying and trying and then i gave up. extemely pissed off i took the cat and pulled and wiggled and what not from the top until it finally came out:)) then the rest was easy the atp pipe fits perfectly with the stockdownpipe and runs great...its on a stock exhaust and it makes it sound really nice... plus the turbo spools up so quicky which gives u lower end torque which is really nice... so all u guys thinking its hard its really not just have ur buddies over, a whole day to waste and yell and punch and a lot a lot of beer.... its all worth it in the end

You have a test pipe? I thought they were illegal in MA? If they are, how are you passing inspections because I would like to have one.

Your fine if you swap back in a cat before inspection.

ATP is a pos tp. Only because of that bolt closest to the manifold. The piping around the tp flange is a terrible angle to get the nut on as tight as needed without stripping. I have an ATP tp btw. You better fix that leak/bolt that up ASAP because all that hot air exiting that leak is going to toast your gasket real real quick.

I used a u-joint adapter in between the socket and wrench. It makes it possible to reach the nut.

I haven't gone in for emissions yet, so I'll let you know. My next inspection is in december, but I'm not sure if emissions is every year or every other year. I don't have a CEL, but I do have some wierd insignificant code. Worst case scenario is that I just have to put my cat back on for a week and go back to get retested.

EDIT: This is the code that I get:
P1176 17584 O2 Correction Behind Catalyst,B1 Limit Attained
