Hey Guys, wondering if someone could answer a few questions for me.

1. If i get a test pipe, will my car get any fault codes when i take the cat out? Do i need any programming? Illinois just scans for emission testing so from what ive read it should be ok as long as no fault codes come up.

2. Does it really matter which brand i get, will they pretty much have the same affect? Here are the two im looking at:

Im planning on getting a magnaflow or APR exhaust very soon as well, and then chip it.
