Im running a b7 a4 3.2L quattro AT its very fast, ive installed a k&n air filter, but is that all I can do to it to make it faster... I want to get an exhaust system and intake components but nothings showing

Give it time. Your car is basically brand new. The new 3.2 V6 hasn't been placed longitudinally in any other car yet, so you have a while to wait.
Or you could whip up a custom supercharger kit.
