when its rainging or i wash my car, my thermometer starts droping down to liek -60F?????why????

 

If your exterior temp sensor is dropping you probably have a bad sensor, but i would take it out and check the connector for any corrosion on the pins which could be giving you a faulty reading.
Its behind your center grille on your bumper.
