What is this and why does it keep popping out? Anyone know? See pics attached.

Its a washer fluid nozzle for your headlights. Whenever your headlights are on, and you use the windshield washer fluid, theres one of those that will pop out for both sides and spray the headlights. Now why yours is popping out on its own is a different issue. If your car is that new,you probably have a warranty still, correct? If you do, I suggest taking it back to the dealership and seeing what they have to say. May be a faulty switch in there causing it to do that
