Hello everyone. Im currently having a problem with my 02 3.0 b6.
Whenever I change direction such as reverse to drive I hear a popping noise coming from my passenger side wheel.

I decided to jack up the car today and check it out.
And I found If I jerk the wheel forward/backward I will hear a noise coming from
The rod pictured below. I believe it is the steering rack correct?
My question is. Is there any kind of adjustment I can do to tighten it up?
My steering isn't loose or anything either so I wouldn't think its bad

Any help/suggestions are helpful. Thanks
