Looks good so far, but are sure you have enough volume?

 

I could be wrong but it looks like that is just the front of the box. Surely he'll have more depth than that, the speakers wouldn't fit.

 

juju is correct, that is the front face of the box...the rest will be a standard MDF construct...i plan on making plenty of walls in the trunk so that you'll only see what I want you to see

That is cool!! Are you hooking it up by yourself? What year audi do you have?

 

Yeah I'm doing it all solo...I have friends who'll help sand and stuff and then I'll have a body shop paint it all when it's done, but one of the things I pride myself on is doing things myself.

I have a 99.5 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro

DIY is the way to go, Whats subs, volume, etc are you planning? I used to have a fiuberglass false floor that kept the spare tire and 2 12" l7 solobarics. I began to lose my hearing and the car needed to go on a diet so i sold all that stuff. Good times though
