2 Infinity Kappa Perfect VQ 12"s, box volume approx 1.1 cu ft per sub, and I'm powering with an MTX Thunder 7801 amp.

Already have an Alpine CDA-9835 in-dash CD player, probably ordering Kappa Components and coax's for the interior, and I'll run those off an MTX Thunder 3404.

It'll be a fun as hell project!!

what did you put on the cloth to harden it/give it shape/as a surface to add paint?

 

fiberglass resin...anywhere from $30-$50 a gallon depending where you buy it. So far today I added 5 coats to the amprack and it's finally to the point where tomorrow I can sand it, after it all hardens; then add my body filler, sand it smooth, and off to the body shop for paint.

 

damn... Infinity Kappa's are very sick subs. I personally value every inch of my trunk space so an audio ideas are on the back burner for now lol.

Tom - Did you say you used your spare tire well for your subs? Thats pretty smart, how did that work out?
