A few days after I got my driver's side upper-rear control arm changed my 98.5 A4 2.8Q manual ~90K miles starting making 3 long beeps (from the console) about 1 second apart and after the oil temp has warmed up, but I don't see any messages or anything flashing or light up in the console when it beeps. It happens randomly, but so far only after some highway driving. Since I don't see anything in the console I have no idea what the 3 beeps mean.

At first I checked my oil level and coolant level. The coolant was below min level, so I top off the coolant. It doesn't seem to be the coolant level because the beeps still occur not often but seemingly at random. I now keep my console turned on, but I still don't see anything unusual show up in the console when it beeps. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
