hey guys how do u get to the throttle body on a 12v engine...i tried but there is a plastic peice that bolts andon and when i remove the screws the peice doesnt come off it just moves back a touch..does anyone have experience with getting to it???

What are you trying to do and why are you removing your throttle body?

 

Remove the screws for the vaccuum lines, remove the bolts then remove the PCV lines (or else they'll break) then you can remove it. I busted the PCV lines and used 5/8ths heater hose and cut the original plastic (thanks audi - dumbass design) hoses off.
