Those are some steep tinting charges. I got mine quoted at $175 and they did a really good job on my buddies car. No way in hell I could justify spending $400 on just tint. That better come with some transparent Playboy images that you can only see from the inside of your car or something as outrageous as that...

Wow, back home, a sedan at the shop I used to go to was only $215, they did my ex's beetle for $170, and it had the lifetime warranty that you didn't have to pay for, and it included if you scratched it yourself... but then again there is a tint shop damn near every block out there. I have no clue what they charge here in Billings.

235$ is normal, i got mine for 150.. wasnt that impressed. you get what you pay for.

Yep, I paid $150 with a lifetime warranty. I have 25% all around and 20% on the back windshield. The guy who did mine does the tinting for our local bmw dealer. He only used the best stuff. I have been extremely happy with my tint.

Oh, and I saw how my guy did mine and he didn't remove any windows. That guy is lying to you majorly.

 

$200-$300, $300 still being somewhat high, but the shade doesnt matter in terms of price, just brand and quality will affect price(Quantum v. Lumar or whatever its name is) mine was 220 for all window and the sunshade (which a week later a rock cracked and it hasnt been retinted.)
