Where can i find out what io am aloud to tint and so on. i see all of these smoked headlights and stuff but it seems like that would be illegal, but could i go blue?

ion about headlights. i think you can tint em as long as it doesnt obstruct the light. and y not just get blue zenons. those would be the 10-12k's i think
