I need to get some new tires on a 2002 A4 3.0L withSport Suspension I recently bought and was wondering if there are sensors in the Valve stems.I heard some models have them. If so can I get these tires put on at most garages or should I go to the dealer??

not in the valve stems but the newer ones have a pressure sensor in the wheel stuck to the alloy and now is a good time to change the batteries ( which they do have ) similar to the watch battery, you will only have these if you can see your tyre pressure in your dash display

Do you have runflat tires?
