Default Tire Pressure Monitoring

Ok, I'm a newbie and I know the answer is probably pretty simple. Does anyone know how to check the tire pressure for an 07 A4 2.0T FSI with a premium package? I've been looking in the manual, and don't have the button on the end of my windshield wiper arm that they are talking about. I think the salesman at the dealership showed me how when I initially bought the car (120 miles away, or I would drive back and ask), and I've called in to other dealerships and they've told me that according to the VIN I have tire pressure monitoring. I just can't seem to figure out how to check it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Some tpms systems will give you a tire pressure reading, while most just light up when you're tire pressure is low. If you want to test it, go somewhere where you can get you air pressure filled, let all the air out of the tire, see if it lights an indicator light, then fill your tire back up. Also if you have rubber valve stems then you most likely don't have a tpms system, almost all of them are steel valve stems.

You cant check your tire pressure with that system. Only the a8 displays tire pressures. You have to manually set tire pressures and then store them in the cluster. Do that using the right turn signal stalk. Hold or tap the button on the bottom of that stalk to pull up the menu. The select set and tire pressure to set. If you dont have those buttons you most likly will not have tire pressure monitoring which can be veryifyed by the rubber valvestems on wheels.
