Torn over 3.0 or keeping 2.8

I cant F****** decide if i should keep my 1997 2.8 or spend the extra money for a 3.0 w/ less miles.. How long are these 2.8's known to last? i got about 130k. Its just a hard one ...any suggestions>?

A 2.8 could do way more than 130K if well kept but I would get the 3.0 if I were you
