I would think of using head gasket to lower the compresion couse the intermals are strong and long lasting. I would take the heads off, take the pistons out and change rings put it back and put headgasket ot get increase. Even though the pistons are better to change to get lower compresion its not cheap, engine would have to be rebored. HOWEVER there is another solution, geting shorter rods, that connect between piston and crankshaft. That will get the compresion lowered, I read somewhere there are some that make them coustom. That way no reboring and no creating weak points in the engine.

The SC is cheaper, so its easier to do that.

To get the Turbos there you will have to make some coustom headers. also there is no reason to lower the compresion. Alternative fuesl like CNG or Propane and boost like 15PSI safe, on stock internals. (if noone knows its like a race fuel, but its in gas form, the lose is insegnificant to the gain)

OH if you wont get some power, swap into rotort engine, dudes made level 5 engine pushing the engine like 1000HP. Instead 3 rotors, there are 5 rotors, biturbo. baby its way too cool.
