Trying to install new radio

Is there a write up on how to get the radio out of the dash. Im not sure on how to take the dash around the radio out without breaking it

You should search, and you will probably find that to take the radio out you need a special removal tool to take it out. http://www.pro-fit-intl.com/audi.html

got the radio out installed new one and the dash kits dont want to let the front the the radio flip down to put in cd and has really bad radio reception is this normal?

not normal. if you can, post your year, and the kind of dash kit/radio purchased. it'd help narrow down what's going on with your setup.

Kind-of-on-topic... I just bought a 2001 A4, 1.8 AWD with a non-bose system, and to be frank... It sucks. I live right in Meto-Boston and FM does not come in well. AM is down right impossible. Any ideas?
