Default Trying to take siding off the door

My window fell off the track and I am trying to put it back on. In order to do this I need to take the siding off of the driver's side door. I have automatic windows, it's a 98 A4. I tried removing all the screws (only 3 that I saw) and tried pulling up and out and it felt like it was catching on something. I also tried pulling down and that didn't work either obviously. What am I doing wrong someone? Can't find any info on this subject anywhere.

Help appreciated

Thanks

i cant remeber how many screws there are but there are a few hidden ones. you know the part in the door handle right behind the window swicthes, the part with the hole going through is so you can grab it and pull. right underneith that handle there is a plastic piece that comes off and there are 2 screws behind it.

There are two on the outsides of the door, one in the handle, and then you pull the plastic handle piece out and there are two more behind it. Then slide it up.
