If you think getting the nut off was a PITA wait to you put it back on and tighten it.

Its noticable bigger, i dont think those pics do it justice. Im just curios, why did you get this turbo? With a pro driver and a stage3+ clutch they only got to 60 in 5.7 sec, a regular guy with a good clutch can get to 60 in mid 5s with a tuned ko4. The first time i ever 1/4 raced with a ko4 i was in the 14s,and 2.0 60ft, and this was not even on pc-16,1/2 tank of gas,no race gas, and almost full weight. If it were me, i would prolly have gone 28rs for raw power, this will feel like a ko4, just pull longer, but no one will get 13timeslips with it unless they get a race file, race gas, stage3 clutch, and one good driver.

Well. I am officially screwed. One of the bolts connecting the exhaust manifold to the turbo will not go in because the hole in the turbo is about 1/16" off. I tried loosening all the bolts and getting my roommate to help, to no avail. At the moment the only ideas I have are filling the hole to make more wiggle space for the bolt or take the manifold to a machine shop and have the hole bored out a little. I'm leaning towards the file.

Bolt

The manifold nuts/bolts are fine. The picture was taken when I was taking the K03 out.
