the only performance thing i ever heard of being illegal out here was some V8 carburetorswithout emissions crap, missingcats,and exhausts if they are too loud. peopleusually get busted for dumbstuff like tint too dark or illegal lights. never turbos or intakes...

 

Your not in cali where everything is under the microscope. Here in Ohio, they just did away with emmisions so i no longer have to worry

 

i heard a rumer about us not being able to get tint tickets anymore.
about some lawyer sueing the police station because all police cars have tinted windows. the lawyer got a tint window and got pissed off so got his camera and took pictures of all the cop cars with tinted windows and fought the case and said " shoulnd't police officers be inforcing the law instead of promoting it " which is a good fight, and i heard he won, but i think its all lies. i don't know, it was a rumor so i don't know. the only reason we get tint tickets is because of drug users. because it shields drug stash. lol

im always rolling with the windows down, unless its raining. i just put the heater on, and have the two front windows down, thats how pretty much all my friends are. hahaha. unlesss its FREEZING cold, which doesn't happen often.

 

I usually feel my turbo kick in at about 2500 RPM and pulls good through about 5500. I can't wait to get my GIAC X Chip. WHen I get it, I'm also getting a Cold air intake and a DV.

As of right now though, I think audi is gong to have to give me a new A4 because I'm pretty sure mine is defective beyond repair. See my post on the vibration problem.

Going to the shop for the third time for the same problem on Monday. The lemon law states three strikes and your out. I'm sure they'll be hearing from my attorney shortly after that.

 

What a cluster f***! Im sorry bro, there is such a lack of talent nowadays. I could find that vibration in a day or two, not all dealer techs know their *** from a hole in the ground unfortunately.
