all that changing a turbo requires is a place to do it really. I was looking into it myself at one point. That quote is alright you can do better for off ebay or internet or something. The real problem is going bigger. I would recommend going bigger it is a lot more of a ride (my friend did it with his 1999). I helped change out the turbo we had a professianol watch over us and everything though. If you change the turbo to be bigger you have to get new fuel injectors gaskets. hoses for good meassure and we put a front mounted intercool.
