Turbo shot, should I drive it home from the shop?
OK, my turbo is shot. I found a replacement turbo for a good price and I'm going to fix it myself. It smokes quite a bit when I first attempt to accelerate and I'm worried about damaging the cat.
Should I drive it home from the shop? Or, should I have it towed?

if you keap low RPMs Then would go, like 1500-2000 RPM tops. so its all up to you. the car should not rich out. also if turbo is physically shot then I would flat bad it but if it just dont spull up or somethng I do not see the harm. also it depends how far too, my mech is bout 15 min away from me sooooo.
