Turbo Sound?

Hey in my last A4 the turbo was pretty loud at WOT, but my new car I don't even think i can hear it and isn't the forge dv supposed to make it louder?

its because you had a custom intake.

with the stock box off it is a lot louder.

yea the dv doesnt make it louder, intake does.

alls i had was the k&n drop in filter. you think it made that much a differance?

No. Maybe a LITTLE difference, but probably not very noticeable at all. As long as your boost is ok I wouldnt worry about it.
