If I want to upgrade up to a K04 what exactly will I need to modify? So far I know the ecu, fuel pressure regulator and what else???

 

You need some new spark plugs.... I think theres a post just down a few that basicaly says everything you need

 

I see, so just F.P.R. , spark plugs,well what kind of plugs?, and do I need the whole ecu or just a chip?

one more question, is it worth upgrading?

 

injectors if u goin with that pc16 file

 

well i can tell u that its night and day difference from stock

 

pc16 comes with injectors, but you absolutely need a fmic to run that upgrade

 

you'll need: exhaust, dv, chip, fpr, sparkers, an S4(jk), pretty much it as far as what you need, but you'll want to do more just for the health of the car.

 

Clutch a few months down the road, I went the route of doing pretty much all of the supporting mods first and then looked into my turbo upgrade. As said before, DV, software, FPR, plugs, k04 with install kit. Things "I" would do, testpipe, exhasut, FMIC, p&p exhaust mani. Its gets expensive real quick.

 

hey black91, thats a sweet looking A4, quick question, how much horsepower do you have with all the mods you have done?
