Default Two Tone Lowers

SO i'm thinking about painting my lowers..... and i can't decide what to do. a friend of mine recominded that i paint the lowers black(like a gloss black) to give the car a two tone look. BUt i'm not sure if it will look good. In the next 2 months or so i'm lowering it and geting new rims. I was thinking if i paint the lowers black i'll probably get black rims. But i'm not sure what to do and i'm fishing for opinions....... By te way my car is red....

Please paint the lowers to match the red car. Then with the black rims = very nice.

+1. Painting them gloss black will probably turn out to be a mistake you'll regret after a few weeks, especially if you look at some other red A4s with paint-matched lowers. Do the red on the lowers and brake calipers and throw on black wheels, and you'll be happy for years to come.

I don't know if that'll happen, really. It might stop being a big deal like it is now, but done right it looks really, really good. My $.02 anyway.

I would go ahead and just paint them the color of your car. Like everyone else said painting them gloss black seems like it would be a mistake to me
