Update: K03/K04 exhaust side replacement
Well I took the K04 out to day and luckily the rattling noise was being caused by loose nuts on the actuator arm that were letting the wastegate flapper jingle around. I swapped out the actuator with the one from my old K03, reinstalled, and eveything is running like it should.
After reinstalling, I found out how much that wastegate rattle had actually affected performance. It's like I got a new car. Best part is that the rattle is gone.
