Lock Carrier (rad support) update or replacement
A little bit of downhill Canadian black ice and a guard rail, I've got a little bit of repairing to do.
Rad support is broken and needs to be replaced. My car is a 96 2.8L 12V, 5spd which is fairly hard to find a rad support here in Canada. I'm aware of the different lock carriers from the 1.8T, S4, pre-facelift and post-facelift.
Are the actually mounts for each different type of lock carrier the same? For example, am I able to replace the 96 lock carrier with a 98+ assuming I grab new fenders and headlights with little to no fab?
