your not screwed, dont worry, i run right next to chipped 1.8's all day long in my 30v 2.8, people forget that a 30v 2.8 runs a solid 15.1-15.2 from the factory, if you get the GIAC chip, intake, and exhaust, you will run a solid 14.8-14.9, which is about bmw 330ci status, but it handles way better.
