Default vaccuum leak issues *edited*

ok, just installed the new DV couple of issues tho. I have a check engine light, read the codes and basically its a MAF issue with not enough air and then an 02 sensor, which i take it to mean the engine is running rich and there is a vaccum leak causing it. I think it is from the vaccum line attached to the skinny part on top of the DV. There was a 1 time use clamp on it, autozone or checker didnt sell any small enough so i kind of rigged it back on. How can i hold it in place if i cant get a new clamp? please help asap, thanks

edit

ok, did the zip ties, still getting the codes, started looking over my intake and i noticed this

it should fit snuggly w/o needing a clamp. But anyways, you can just use a zip/cable tie to hold it down

Its a vaccum check valve, those can cause a check engine light or an evap fault depending on what line that is.
