why would you even want to make your own cable??? just go pick one up on ebay they are only 50 bucks each it would take way too much time to splice your own.. best of luck

The easiest way to get one is to buy one for Ross-Tech with full functionality and support.

The easiest way to find out to make one is search using google. Schematics are posted as are cheap cables all over ebay. The aftermarket cables wont work with the latest software version.

Remember that the cable does nothing without software. There is shareware available from Ross-tech, but it has limited functionality. To get the full version of the software is 99 dollars.

 

the tutorials are out there. I considered making mine before I bought it. Someone posted directions on Audiworld.

 

i cant buy on ebay... i dont trust .. got screwed one to many time... and ross tech is way too expensive for a piece of wire lke please give me a brake...and i cracked the ross tech software ...
