When I start the car in the mornings, I am getting a puff of blue smoke, so I know that oil is leaking into the cylinders overnight. I remember seeing a post on this, but can't seem to find it.

Anyway, what are the most likely parts that I need to replace and is stock best or is there a better aftermarket solution. If anything, I wouldn't mind to get a little extra torque while I am in the engine.

This is on a 98 1.8T 20V, BTW.
