Default Vibration from my car

I have a vibration coming from my car, it felt like a flat tire and i pulled over and they were all fine. Could it be my tie rods that i have been told have going and within 5,000 mi should be replaced? The steering wheel actually twitchs too. And it gets slower as i slow down and faster when i speed up. It also pulls to the side (right).

The cheapest would be that you threw a wheel weight and your wheel is unbalanced.

I guess TREs could do that.

Get a 4 wheel alignment and rotate your tires. If your alignment was knocked out of adjustment then you could be wearing your tires un even which can give some vibrations. Also a bent wheel will vibrate. Thats the cheapest way, if not that suspect your TRE's.

Loose tie rods can act the way you describe but if youve hit somehting recently you may have also bent a wheel, driveshaft, etc.
