Ok so heres what the mechanic found. The tie rods were completly shot, causing a lil vibration. The brakes were at around 3% and needed new pads and rotors, so i put performance rotors on (crossed drilled) and perfromance pads. Also the tire on the inner sidewall was punctured casuing the rest of the vibration. He said b/c of the stiff sidewalls thats why it didnt look like it was flat.
