Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone happened to know who sold Votex bodykits? I have searched but haven't been able to find anything.

 

Votex is a product soldat VW/Audi dealerships.

 

yep pretty hard to get and expensive but ooohhhh so nice

 

I love mine! I'd also love to be able to get some reoplacement clips for the fog-light grille. Unfortunately, a couple of them broke and I don't want to do the ziptie thing. One dealership tried a bit but couldn't help me. I'm still trying others. I paid $140 or something for a replacement grille but it didn't come with them! I feel like I got ripped...

 

Ahh...That makes since. I was asking because my car has the Votex kit on it and the front bumper has a crack in it from the previous owner. I guess I will get some quotes on it to get it fiberglassed.

or wait a couple of months and put in a claim that someone backed into you, at the mall or somthing, and have your insurance pay for it. I know a guy that has been paid 5 times for the same front bumper - lol people (really) keep hitting his car. he just never chooses to get it fixed

 

Yea, I would do that but when I got my insurance they came out and did an inspection of the car and the guy noted that the bumper was already cracked.....and he took pictures of it.

 

so does that mean if someone does hit you they would refuse to fix it becasue it was broken before?

 

no, but it means if I put in a claim and it isn't broken any more than it already is, they won't fix it. But if someone were to hit me and REALLY break the bumper, they would still have to fix it.
