Which VVME to get?
My 4300k's are almost blue. They are actually very blue when first turned on. When they warm up they are a lot more white, but still with a hint of blue depending on the angle. It seems VVME's 4300k hids are more blueishcompared to other factory 4300k hid's on any other car.Id imagine their 8000k would be annoyingly blue. JMO.

i'd rather them be "too white" than too blue

I got 6000K, and I wish I'd gotten 4300K. I was in the same boat as you, I wanted the high light output but also wanted a little bit of blue. well 6000K isa LOT of blue. trust me, get the 4300K. you'll get the additional lumens, and your lights will still have a hue of blue to them.
here are my 6000k low and fogs on my 540 .. i think6000k is the best of both worlds ..btw, I am still waiting for my two HID kits from VVME ..Three weeks and counting .. just be prepared for a very long wait ...Hopefully it will be worth it ..

6000k luminosity isn't much less than that of 4300k (the 4300k kit luminosity is 3200 lumens, and 6000k is around 300-3100 lumens, compared to 750 for halogen), so you will have a ton of light intensity with either kit. To me, the biggest difference between the two (I've had both as well as 5000k) is that the color of the 6000k kit, which is definitely more blue than the 4300k but still not really blue, makes it appear to be more of a difference in output than it really is. Still, there is a noticeable difference between these two color temps, and for max output, you're best off with 4300k.
