Default VVME- ISSUE

Well fellows ... I had ordered 2 kits from VVME back on November 13th and still have not received the product ... Is this standard service from VVME to wait for a month for your package ? Their excuse is the shipping company and not there problem ... ?? I am missing something ... i dont care how good or cheap this product but I wouldn't recommend it because there is no support from this company .. Don't waste your money or time ... pay a little knowing you will receive support from a local vendor ..

here is the email that i had received from their office ... i guess they are tired of hearing from me on a weekly basis asking for the status of the delivery .. I think its time to call the credit card and file a claim for not receiving the product ...

VVME HID KIT to me

Dear Customer,

Don't reply this Email.

First, sorry for delay.
But this is not our fault. When we got your payment, we handed your item to the shipping company. Maybe there is a delay of the shipping company.

Don't worry about it. We will contact the shipping company for it. But it needs at least 1 week. So we will email you if we have any information.

Regards

I would just wait it out until a month passes then file a complaint.

My order must have been the exception. Ordered on Nov 19, received them on the 26th.

Good idea but don't wait more than 60 days as you lose your right to dispute after then. I worked for a bank that issued Visa/MC and both of those fall under 60 day dispute. Not too sure what time frame you have for Discover of AmEx tho. I've read on here that many people wait 3-4 weeks to get their vvme kits. Don't they come from China? Prolly on a big slow boat.

Seems like over the last 6 months, the average wait time I've read about on here has been increasing steadily. Not a great indicator if that's really representative of the company and the direction it's heading.
