guys would the ECU from a 03 Jetta 1.8T swap into a 00A4 1.8T???

no, you won't be able to start your car....You need the ecu for the audi and exact model you have, IE: if it has Trip, Manual or auto / V6 or 1.8 / Quattro or Fwd..... each version or setup varation requires a different ECU, now gettting a chip i'm not too sure what you will need, but am pretty sure that you will need it to match your car.

vag can change alot of the other carp, but a 99 model won't work with a 01 model, differnt set up 150 v 170

i wouldn't buy it or make sure he says you can return if it doesn't work

 

no it will not work some passat ecus do though
