Wanting to do some mods...
I am wanting to do some mods and I am curious if anyone around Greenville, SC knows how to do some of this stuff and wouldn't mind helping me out.
This is what I'm thinking...
Eibach lowering springs
HID kit
Clear Corner Mod
Now, I checked with a few places around town they are charging me $350 for springs & another $350 for labor. That is just crazy, so if anyone has access to some tools, workshop etc. and knows how to do some of this stuff that would be great. And then I was thinking while I was modding one thing I would also like to install a HID kit and CC mod. I would prefer to just buy all the stuff online and install it ouselves. I am not all that "mechanically" inclined (my job is in IT, not cars) but I think it would be fun to learn.
Anyone intertested?

RE: Wanting to do some mods...
If you are gunna do suspension, do it right and get the shocks to go with the springs. $350 isnt really that bad of a deal to install them. That works out to be less than $70/hour in labor. You could get a better price on springs, but again, i wouldnt mess with your suspension unless you do it right or else everything will have to be taken appart again in a year after your stock shocks die. You should be able to do the HID kit and CC's yourself.

yep when doing suspension always do shocks along with springs, or just buy coilovers.
for one it will save you money, why pay for labor twice ya know? and it wont brake anything in your suspension.
