Just a though if a dealer dosent tell you that the car is still under warrenty and trys to make you purchess one are they in the wrong?

Also if they miss labeled the car is it your responsibilty to tell them?

Found out I still have a warrenty as soon as I send in the transfer fee of $150 which I will be doing tonight but the dealer tried to sell me a warrenty for $2800 that covered the same thing upto 100,000 miles that is already covered.

I know there is another person that just got a 3.0 the same day I did might want to call Audi USA and check on that it came as a shock I was looking for service history and got a ton more then I asked for.

 

well how long is your normal warranty? - and the extended warranty would cover to 100k......so this is why its called an extended warranty and this is why you being charged. correct?
