I don't share your exact problem but the door seals are always worth a good review.

I have a problem with mine. After a rain, I open my driver side door to find that the lower jam all wet (the black plastic part, but not up into the car). I also see water dripping from the bottom of the door for a few seconds after opening it. This explains why my door was frozen shut during the winter after it snowed. I haven't figured out exactly where the seal is failing, though. It's obviously not the lower part because the water would just drain right out. It comes from somewhere above and gets trapped behind that lower seal. My recent focus has been on the seal at the base of the window. I see a little gap and have to confirm if that's the culprit.

I posted the same concern for my car last week. Its a common problem, most of the time its is a clogged water drain that is located under the battery. You will fine 5-6 posts if you search on this topic.
HOW IT HAPPENS- the clogged water drain makes the water level rise under the battery. Once it reaches the holes for AC vent it floods the vent system and onto passenger side first, later to drivers side. (Thats my understanding)
HOW TO FIX- Remove battery, under the battery is a hole that is supposed to drain out the rainwater, typically this is clogged with leaves and debris, unclog and you're done.
IMPORTANT- Removing the battery may affect your radio, please collect electronic codes for radio before you start. Also, removing the battery my be tricky if you are doign it for the first time, please read dedicated posts for this part.

This may help. I'm not sure which year and model this is but it's thorough.

I too have the leakage in the passanger side after i go through a carwash. The last time it happend i heard a hissing sound then the water starting running down the carpet. Im gonna take the battery out and see of the drain holes and clogged, but does anyone have any idea why it would have made a hiss sound right before the water came running under the glovebox?

Finally solved the problem....it was the clogged drainhole under the batter, just as you guys said. probably a 10 minute fix, which u should do because your cabin air filter is getting loaded with water and getting moldy if you dont.
