Weather mats

Can the mats from 99.5+ fit in a 98.5? Really doesn't matter if it fits perfectly I just need a set of rubber mats. Hard to see how they wouldn't though, I mean the changes weren't that drastic.

Post what you find out!! I've been looking since I got my car for all weather mats that will work with my car (98.5)

I have all weather mats from an 01 in my 99 and they work. The fronts snap right in but the rears dont have snaps but they do what they are supposed to do.

what we mean is, Everywhere, that we look it says floor mats for 99-01 and nothing for 96-98.5 we want to find a floor mat for a 96-98.5 but for 98.5 more than the others

I cant see why they wouldnt fit except that your car might not have the snaps. if you want audi ones then you might have to do with out snapping them in but if you want generic ones go to target or anystore.
