the quattro system out. i dont need awd and i especially dont need fwd. so that long *** book you wrote

mouths. besides i only said i was gonna do that to get a rise outta all you german fanatics. and it worked..
to the point that you said some really ignorant things. and yes it could be done, and probably for a lot cheaper
than you think. for example i just found a complete k20 engine, ecu, harness, and tranny for 2700. if the tranny doesnt
clear then you make it clear. you obviously have never done nor seen any big projects like this. and i hate repeating
myself but i already said earlier that i would make sure everything has proper clearance. duh. the only thing that
would cost me a lot is fabricating the motor mounts, tranny crossmember, and drive shaft. which all can be done
quite easily. you just have to know the right people.
the only thing i serioulsy see being hard is the shifter, clutch pedal, master cylinder and slave cylinder. all the
radiator hoses would be pretty easy to make them line up too. fuel line can be bent. steel braided would work
fine too. basicly dude youre a dumba55.

so y would you go sti. and dont say looks becuase i dont really care about that. all i want to do is go fast. it my car ran a 7 second 1/4 mile and looked like a pinto it woundnt matter to me. and last i checked sti's were a few seconds behind the evos.
but about this motor swap. sure you could make it work in a a4 but WHY. WHY all the hard work. all that money could be put to somthing else and make it go so much faster. i dont understand your thinking. if you want to change every thing to a honda motor buy a honda or what ever the k20 motor is. i dont know anything about that motor or where its from. but i do know lots about moding a4's and it just seams crazy to do all that work. the beauty of owning an audi is the quattro system. is your going to rip it out and do rwd then get a bmw. quattro is what sets a audi about all else.

hahha nice dude. pimpin. well i like the sti's better becuase they look hard. bottom line they came up being dope
all along and just got better. the evoIII was pretty dope too and they came up as well i just dont like the look of it.
and i know that the mitsubishi is faster but only
by tenths of a second last i heard(stock for stock). anyways i would sacrifice that for the better looking/sounding IMO subi.
and as for the swap i was just trying to get a reaction. i dont think i would actually do it unless i brought that car
to cali and felt compelled to. which if the circmstances allowed i probably would try it out. all in all and back to the
main subject...this car is too heavy. no matter what it needs to be lightened atleast a few hundred pounds.
i dont care about looks really at all. i also drive a 1985 corolla gts. you cant pick up chicks in that car. believe me. but i
love the way i have built it to feel on the road. its drivibilty is nice and lots of fun. and the "engine swaps" are
wide open as long as its a rear wheel setup.
