you already have a 710n so don't waste your money... i just bought a forged DV from evoms.com and theirs is one of the best ones on the market, the dealership that i go to uses theirs on customer's cars as replacements. As far as a chip goes, def. get the GIAC chip, it is amazing total night and day difference from stock. Oh and install on a DV is a bitch.... It is in the most akward place.. inbetween your engine and radiator, so you have get to it from the bottom, which means that you have to take off the skid plate and then there are those bitch one way clamps on it which if any of you know are impossible to get off almost and you spend more time trying to get them off than you should.

The S Line is basically the Ultra Sport Package:
18 inch cast alloy wheels
sport suspension
summer performance tires
aluminum trim
aerodynamic kit
perforated leather steering wheel

The 05 3.0L even have the S line logo on the side molding.. So the decals came from the factory

That is not an especially safe level of boost.

my car already came with the 710N that most of you guys one the boards upgrade to and mine is failing due to my Chip that i have installed, so i decided to just bite the bullet and get a new higher performance DV.

Yea it should be fine, i would upgrade the DV the 710N is still junk with that much boost. It will last for a while but i don think it will hold 20psi good. As long as you give your car proper warm up and cool down before you drive it hard it will be fine. Also consider a boost gauge becuase it looks cool and it can help monitor your boost or vacum if something goes wrong.
