Tricky question... Let's see what you want...

You want visual ? Then this is what you need;
Flik Wasp (silver)
Size: 18x7.5

Price is with S&H about $800.
Then buy a H&R/Bilstein sport combo from AWE like 18T said.
Total will be about less than $1400

If you want more performance;
Get the Chip and Borla, no question about it.

Good luck.. I know it is hard when the point come to decide what you want to buy

Thanks aRIf, I think that I'm gonna go chip + suspension and after talking with my dad, it looks like its gonna happen. I agree with rogue2's reasoning...new power and a nice way to control it. Then i guess comes wheels or exhaust after that. All a question of money and how fast i can get it.

You can get the Bilstein shocks grooved, which makes them adjustable. With sport springs, the lowest setting should make the car as low as the race springs, without the harsh ride. Then that way you can raise the car back up high for winter, if you need to.

At least, that's how I think it works, and thats what I plan on doing for my 2000 non-sport. I don't know if you can adjust the shocks yourself, though.
