I'm 20, work retail (have a nicer car than my managers haha!) and have had my A4 since June/July and havent done any mods yet. I'm saving up for a chip this January. Probably GIAC since I want to upgrade to a K04 later. But I'm thinking about entering the military this spring so I should have plenty of mod money

same here, i make 7.75 an hour, but like i said i buy used stuff and have a wife that makes 60-75 per yr
i have:
kamei badgeless, bought used($70) sold my factory grill for 20+ his grill that has a broken piece
s4 wheels($350) + paint($30ish, and sand paper)and my time
m3 spoiler(like $45 on ebay)
apr tunned ecu($300 used, member was selling car)
custom 2.5 in pipe(170 i think)+ hf muffler($35ish on ebay) 2.5 in flex pipe, ecs tunning i think($20, i think)
tinted tails and sides, bought can and sprayed myself($6, + my time)
debadged(my time)
35% tint($200)
europlate($55)
euro s4 headlights w/hids($300 from a guy selling his car, and parting it out)
center vent boost guage and pod(bought "pod" $20 from a guy on here, guage is el chepo($25ish, till i get my podi)
cone filter($20)
stratosphere dv($70 bought used form forum member)
so you don't need alot of $'s to make a moded car, i am looking at just under about $2000 and it wasn't all at once, a little here and there

sick. i used to have a '92 5.0. mine only cost me 2 g's and it was in pretty good condition. you can definitely get it in the 10's with only a couple grand. b!tch comes stock with 300 ft lbs of torque

I have about 32 lawns I mow by my self @ 35+ bucks a lawn...so i rack in about 1000+ bucks a week. Im still in high school and live with my parents so they basically pay for all my needs...food,cloths,shelter..the basics....So pretty much i have all this money, and nothing to spend it on and I am obsessed with my car, so it all goes into that, i just finished paying it off, so now i am modding the **** out of it(gt28rs & everything included) I just recently bought a 1988 ford mustand 5.0 litre for 1000 bucks, buts its in really shitty condition, but im gonna strip it out, and try to make it a 10 second car. If that even possible. PM me if you live in kansas city and want your yard mowed..Audi Forum discount!!

i get paid by uncle sam, ive been active duty military for over five years and my wife is a service manager for a dealership chain and makes twice as much as me. i get mods when i have extra money because my daughter always comes first, and she is definatly high maintnace, shes 2.

I do a few things.
Supervise the graveyard paint prep dep. at bushwacker
Make custom spas, fiberglass work, and lots of random electronics (yes in a hot tub) Ipod, projectors, 5.1 suround systems including a 50w sub. its fun but i only work there like 5 times a month.
and i was driven off a clif so insurance money

I go to school full time as well and work part time at Buckle (clothing store). I did door to door sales over the summer and made $30g in 4 months so my schooling and bills will be taken care of so i don't have to work full time. I mod with the money i save from my part time job
